The joint venture ''Palliries'' was established by B.B.B. Antoniadis S.A. and Asterismi S.A. ( Technical and Tourist Commercial S.A. ) aiming at the resedential growth, construction and commercial use of the said project.

Asterismi S.A. is the developed form of the tecnical company Karanikolas Bros G.P. which since 1957 to date has given its special mark in the construction map of Thessaloniki. Since 1981 the company has conected its name with numerous residential contructions in the area of Kassandra through a series of works regarded as a benchmark concerning the construction quality level and the architectural innovation.Among them noted are the settlements of Pyrofania in Fourka, Pigasus, Andromeda and Kipheas in Pefkohori, as well as Perseas in Glarokavos

B.B.B Antoniadis, a mind child of which is the settlement, forms one of the names connected through time with the industrial status in Nothern Greece.Based on the vision fos continuous development, the company course is successfully adjusted to modern demands through the successful presence in a stable and dynamic mode.
