• 2000 Panos I. Zouganelis S.A. " is founded with Panos Zouganelis being the President and Managing Director and Ioannis Zouganelis being Vice President
• 1983 Panos I. Zouganelis, Civil Engineer ( University of Birmingham B.Sc., M.Sc ), takes over the management of the construction company
• 1965 Ioannis K. Zouganelis initiates his activity in the field of constructions.
