History

Oikodynamiki is in the field of property development and real estate management since 2003. The company collaborates with Geniki Kataskevastiki, with which shares two of its founding members. Geniki Kataskevastiki, founded in 1972, deals mainly with public sector projects throughout Greece. The experience and know-how of Geniki Kataskevastiki joined with the innovative support of a new partner qualifies oikodynamiki to cover high demand projects, investments and services.

Building Construction
Building construction with direct award of contract. The company is committed to a prefixed budget including all expenditures from the architectural study, the licenses, to the completion of the project.
Building construction using the “exchange” method. Such a method calls for a contract between the land owner and the building company in which the land owner providing the land agrees to a percentage of the final development. This pre agreement when completed leaves the company with the remaining project to manage for its benefit..
Reconstruction and restoration of historically protected buildings, or any kind of aged buildings.

Development and Property Management
Ongoing property evaluation in selected areas of high demand for developing buildings intended for commercial use, logistic centres and residential use.
Optimal property development and guaranteed real estate solutions as a result of feasibility studies and cost-return evaluations.

Design department
Oikodynamiki is vastly competitive in its field thanks to its qualified architects and engineers. One team covers the whole project throughout the process. From preliminary designs to final case study, from construction permits to final coast analysis, it is the same team which also supervises construction until the project is completed. This way all planning commitments are successfully delivered to the final product and a reliable cooperation is ensured between the client and the company.
