An outdoor area of approximately 2000 m² belongs to it exclusively, with a separate entrance, a landscaped garden with slabstone paving and areas of gravel, grass, aromatic shrubs, decorative plants, forest trees, and a parking area, with a metal trellis and walnut wood beams.

The ground floor of the house, with an area of 105 m², includes a large unified area with a fireplace cladded in limestone, which includes two living rooms, a kitchen, a dining room, one guest room, and a bathroom. The owner may choose among a large variety of flooring tiles and bathroom fixtures.

The living room areas have large doors opening onto a comfortable verandah, in direct contact with the landscaped garden.
